Russell Breweries takes home medals at Canadian Brewing Awards

September 28, 2009, Vancouver – Russell
Breweries, a western Canadian microbrewery, was awarded three medals at the
Canadian Brewing Awards gala in Toronto for brands from its regional breweries in
British Columbia and Manitoba.

A silver medal was awarded to BC's Russell
Brewing Company in the North American Style Blonde/Golden Ale category for the
Russell Honey Blonde Ale and a bronze medal awarded in the North American Style
Lager category for their Rocky Mountain Pilsner.

A silver medal was awarded to Manitoba's Fort Garry Brewing Company in the
North American Dark Lager category for Fort Garry Rouge.
