Webinar: Chef Massimo Capra will present 3 holiday appetizers using Italian products

The Italian Chamber of Commerce of Ontario is presenting Sounds and Flavours of the Holidays with Icons of European Taste and Chef Massimo Capra on Tuesday, Dec. 15, at 6 p.m.

Chef Capra will be joined by food writer Jenny Arena and throughout the event attendees will be able to listen to live holiday music played by Patricia Ahern (violin) and Brendon Chui (viola) of Tafelmusik to complete the evening.

During the event Chef Capra will present three delicious holiday appetizer dishes featuring the following products:

  • Prosciutto di San Daniele: Prosciutto di San Daniele with Roasted Figs, whipped Ricotta Crispy Lavash
  • Prosciutto di Parma: Gnocco Fritto, Prosciutto di Parma, crema di Grana Padano & Arugula
  • Grana Padano cheese: Grana Padano Panna Cotta with Roasted Pears & Aged Balsamico
