Rosehill sauces and seasonings spice up dishes

At the Restaurants Canada Show in Toronto in March, Montreal-based Rose Hill Foods presented the media with a selection of bites to showcase some of its sauces and seasonings.
The original developer of Montreal Steak Spice, Rose Hill is promoting the use of spices, rubs and soup bases as a way to appeal to ever-widening customer tastes. The line includes sriracha seasoning, Joe Beef powdered beef rub, Piri Piri seasoning, granulated and paste flavour enhancers for soups and bouillions, and a light poutine gravy mix.
Salt content has been reduced to a minimum and many of the products are designed to complement beef, chicken, poultry, fish, seafood and vegetable dishes.
