Pizza school opens its doors

June 9, 2011, Toronto – The School of Italian Pizza is officially
open for business.

Conveniently located in downtown Toronto, this four day hands-on
school teaches students the ins-and-outs of authentic Italian pizza making.
Classes are limited to a max of 12 students who work closely with pizza masters
flown in from Italy. The aim of the course is to teach students to make
traditional Italian pizza but use new technology to increase productivity. The
school offers a core program in classic pizza as well as specialized courses in
bread-making, pizza in Pala and pizza in Teglia.
