and experienced pizza makers.

Italian Pizza is offering several professional courses of interest to both new
and experienced pizza makers.

June 14-15 Classic Pizza Course: This is a weekend-long course. Course hours
are June 14 from 10:30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. and June 15 from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

June 16-17 Professional Pizza Course: This is an evening course. Course hours are
June 16 from 5:30 to 9.30 p.m. and June 17 from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m.

The school also offers professional and
domestic courses taught by Master Italian pizza makers: Classic pizza,
Neapolitan pizza, Acrobatic pizza, Pan-style pizza (pizza in teglia), Roman
style pizza (pizza in pala), Bread making and Pizza for the home.

All instructors are Master Italian pizza makers,
the School of Italian Pizza said in a news release. The courses offer hand-on
practice; pizza making in a variety of ovens, including gas-electric-wood-combination
ovens; the use of top-notch equipment imported from Italy and exclusive to the
school; a small group setting for one-on-one attention; and the chance to learn
different pizza-making techniques, including direct-indirect dough making.

The school said the courses are useful for both
experienced and inexperienced pizza makers. Fees are HST inclusive.
