School of Italian Pizza still has spaces for Sept.

August 19, 2011, Toronto – Only five spots are left for the School of Italian Pizza's September classic pizza course.

Directly from Italy, la creme de la creme of Italian pizza experts will help you become an authentic Italian pizza maker. Students will learn everything they need to know, from choosing the flour to garnishing and presenting the pizza.

Whether you are a pizza maker who wants to step it up or are new to pizza making and have decided to learn a professional skill, the School of Italian Pizza will teach you the latest techniques of dough making and pizza trends.

The fee for the course, which runs Sept. 12 to 14,  is $1,100.00, plus HST.
