May 15, 2012, Mississauga, Ont. – Moretti Forni is hosting Pizza Days, a
three-day event designed to help you create a perfect Italian pizza.
Pizza Days will be held at Euro Milan Distributing, 115 Matheson Blvd.
E., Mississauga, Ont, from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. on May 28, 29 and 30. Mario Moretti, CEO of Moretti Forni and Cristian Zaghini, pizza master
from Italy, will provide insight and demonstrate techniques in creating the perfect Italian pizza. From mixing and spreading the dough, to topping (dressing) and baking,
they will demonstrate the proper techniques to produce different styles
of pizza. Every step necessary in creating a true masterpiece will be included. In
addition, they will demonstrate the versatility of the oven which may
be used to bake bread, focaccia, vegetables, meats and poultry.
