Moretti Forni introduces the T75E conveyor oven


The electric conveyor oven T75E is one of the many
leading edge tools available from Italy’s Moretti Forni. Thanks to its
technical-structural features, this version represents “a veritable
breakthrough,” said the company: it can be used not only to make
pizzas, but also to cook focaccias, croquettes, hamburgers, vegetables
au gratin and a multiplicity of pre-baked dishes.

One of the salient features of T75E is its ability to manage two different temperatures, which makes it possible to modulate the heat and achieve improved cooking quality in a shorter time, and increase flexibility and ease of use.

The conveyor oven is able to cook forty 33-cm pizzas per hour and is predisposed to house three cooking chambers.
