Distribution are hosting Pizza Days, an event designed to demonstrate how to
create a perfect Italian pizza.
The one-day training session will be held by Cristian
Zaghini, Italian pizza chef, Moretti Forni corporate chef and the Master of Pizza University. He will provide important insight and demonstrate proper
techniques in creating the perfect Italian pizza, from the selection of
the best quality ingredients up to the important baking techniques.
Pizza Days will be held at Moretti Ovens Canada, 115 Matheson Blvd.
