(FWE) recently demonstrated its philanthropic spirit, donating foodservice
equipment to Horizon for the Blind.
Located in Crystal Lake, Ill., Horizon for the Blind is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for people who are blind or visually impaired.
The equipment arrived just in time for Horizon for the Blind's open house celebrating their move to a bigger and better facility. Hot food and cold beverages were served using FWE's warmers and refrigeration equipment. FWE donated the equipment not just for the day of the Open House but for the organization's use for years to come.
FWE manufactures stainless steel foodservice equipment, mobile refrigerators and freezers, heated holding cabinets, mobile bars, retherm, and cook and hold ovens.
