The first of Follett’s new Horizon icemakers is now available. The 975 series produces 790 lbs. of ice at 90°F air and 70°F water temperatures and is available in self-contained air- and water-cooled models as well as remote condensing unit configurations.

Horizon machines feature a horizontally positioned evaporator that allows a 23-inch-high profile. Like all Follett ice machines, the Horizon series delivers ice through a transport tube and can fill a variety of ice storage bins and dispensers from up to 20 feet away. This unique satellite-fill technology allows the icemaker to be installed under a counter or in a back room. It can also be mounted on a wall rack.

The Horizon series machines feature a semi-automatic cleaning system and an automatic self-flushing cycle to reduce scale build-up and prolong time between cleanings. A 3-year parts and labour warranty is standard.
