Toronto – Get ready, get set! Registration is now open for the Chef of the Year competitions, which will be held on Monday, Oct. 15, 2018, during the Canadian Pizza Summit.

Are you an ace pizza maker? Prepare your signature pizza and vie for the chance to join current Chef of the Year Matteo Cesarotto, and past winners like Rocco Agostino, Diana Cline, Carlo Raillo and Corey Medd in the winners’ gallery.

We’ve changed things up just a little. Now TWO winners will receive a free trip to compete in the International Pizza Challenge at Pizza Expo 2019 and $500 each to spend in Las Vegas! And you’ll be on the cover of Canadian Pizza magazine!

Canada’s top pizza industry event has a new venue. You are invited to Faema Canada’s new showroom in Toronto, which is home to the Faema Culinary Academy pizza, gelato and barista training. Hear talks from experts who can help you grow your business, network with other operators, enjoy delicious pizza and compete for a free trip to Las Vegas at the Canadian Pizza Summit and Chef of the Year Competitions on Monday, Oct. 15.
