Faema Canada's showroom was once home to the Ford Plant. A century ago, Ford was finishing the groundbreaking Model Ts on the second floor. On Oct. 15, our pizza makers will be finishing delicious, innovative pies! Toronto – With the Canadian Pizza Summit just a month away, we have published the schedule of events for the day, updated the information sessions page and added a video showing our new, modern and friendly venue, Faema Canada.

We have full Chef of the Year Competitions rules and details. If you want more detail than this, well, you’ll just have to enter! Chef of the Year (Open) is full but there are spots left in the Chef of the Year (Traditional) and the Great Pizza Box Fold-Off.
