Canadian Pizza Summit launches Mystery Ingredient Challenge

Toronto – This October, the Canadian Pizza Summit adds a new event to its lineup – the Mystery Ingredient Challenge!

The Canadian Pizza Summit and Chef of the Year Competitions are set for Monday, Oct. 21, in Toronto at the Faema Culinary Academy.

NEW MYSTERY INGREDIENT CHALLENGE!
The Canadian Pizza Summit has a new Mystery Ingredient Challenge for you! In a special competition, Canadian pizza makers will be given a selection of ingredients from which to choose plus one Mystery Ingredient (revealed on competition day) that must be used! What will it be? There’s only one way to find out: come to the Canadian Pizza Summit!

TWO CHEFS OF THE YEAR
Once again, we’re giving top honours and $500 each to TWO winners in their respective Traditional and Open divisions and taking both champs to Las Vegas in March 2020 to compete at the International Pizza Expo!

TRADE SHOW
Operators and their teams attending will find a pizza-specific trade show and lots of time for networking with experienced industry suppliers of ingredients, equipment and services. In this relaxed setting, exhibitors will share their industry know-how and demonstrate how their latest products and services can help you make more money – and give you more time to work on the big-picture goals for your pizzeria.

Product talks will allow operators to learn more about tools and products out there and how they can help ease your day-to-day challenges.
