In a special competition, Canadian pizza makers will be given a selection of ingredients from which to choose plus one Mystery Ingredient (revealed on competition day) that must be used! What will it be? There’s only one way to find out: come to the Canadian Pizza Summit!

TWO CHEFS OF THE YEAR
Once again, we’re giving top honours and $500 each to TWO winners in their respective Traditional and Open divisions and taking both champs to Las Vegas in March 2020 to compete at the International Pizza Expo!
Enter now to compete or simply enjoy the creativity of Canada’s top pizza chefs in this intimate setting and fully equipped kitchen! Read more about our current Chefs of the Year, Dean Litster and Giuseppe Cortinovis!
GREAT PIZZA BOX FOLD-OFF
Ready, set, fold! The Great Pizza Box Fold-Off promises more fun than ever! Can you beat last year’s record (10 boxes folded in one minute, 3.7 seconds) set by James Timothy of Zen’Za Pizzeria in London, Ont.? You gotta try!
Operators and their teams attending will find a pizza-specific trade show and lots of time for networking with experienced industry suppliers of ingredients, equipment and services. In this relaxed setting, exhibitors will share their industry know-how and demonstrate how their latest products and services can help you make more money – and give you more time to work on the big-picture goals for your pizzeria.
Product talks will allow operators to learn more about tools and products out there and how they can help ease your day-to-day challenges.
Check out this video from last year’s Summit. We had a great time meeting Canadian operators and their teams! Step back from your operation, come to the Summit, see what others are doing and find your inspiration!
The Canadian Pizza Summit and Chef of the Year Competitions are brought to you by Canadian Pizza magazine with support from Platinum sponsor Moretti Forni, distributed by Faema Canada, and Gold sponsor Ardent Mills.
