Melrose Park, Ill. – American Metalcraft introduced porcelain pieces to their line in 2006.
The immediate success of the Prestige™ Porcelain Collection prompted the company to expand into more creatively designed bowls and platters in 2008. Three new styles of bowls and one line of platters were added to American Metalcraft's 2008 catalog.
Squavy Condiment Porcelain Bowls are the miniature versions of the regular line of Squavy Bowls, originally named for their square and wavy shape. These little bowls range in size from 1 ½ oz. to 14.4 oz.
Porcelain Comma Bowls, in 2 sizes, take their name from their unique shape that resembles a comma. 4 oz. or 12 oz. capacities make them perfect for snacks or sauces. Exclusive to American Metalcraft are Inclined Porcelain Holey Bowls. 3 different sizes feature circular cut-outs around the rim. A slight incline gives these Holey Bowls so much personality it doesn't matter what you
serve in them.
In the platter category, American Metalcraft's new Double Square Porcelain Platters offer creative configurations in 8 x 14" or 9 x 17" sizes. These platters are great for interesting presentations of appetizers, vegetables, and other sides.
