Introduced in 2008, stainless steel Zig Zag Platters, Oval Platters, and Peanut Trays provide "edgy" designs that complement any type of foodservice from elaborate appetizers to gourmet desserts. Appropriately named for the 1" Zig Zag rim that runs around the surface of platters, this style is available in 3 sizes. Oval Platters feature a contemporary style with brushed stainless steel. They, too, are available in 3 sizes. American Metalcraft's Peanut Trays, in 2 sizes, take their name from their unique shelled peanut shape. Manufactured from brushed stainless steel with curved and ridged edges, they're great for serving any type of food.
