Pizza Pizza launches smartphone app
Pizza Pizza has launched its first smartphone application for ordering and delivery.
April 5, 2011, Toronto – Pizza Pizza has launched its first smartphone application for ordering and delivery.
The application allows users quick access to menu and specials information, promotional offers and complete customization with countless individual topping and menu choices, all with the swipe of a finger. The app works for delivery or pick up and includes a variety of payment options, including student meal card programs. The app also allows users to program their favourite orders and locations to their profile, which must be created before using the app for the first time.
For a limited time, customers who place an order through the app will have the opportunity to scratch and win directly on their mobile device for the chance to win a variety of menu items. Prizes will be automatically added to the customer’s cart, to be included in their next order.
The Pizza Pizza app can be downloaded from Apple’s App Store, and can also be found at www.pizzapizza.ca, or on the company’s Facebook page. It is available at no charge for all iPhone, iPod touch and iPad models.
