Seattle, WA – U.S. fast-casual chain MOD Pizza will partner with King Arthur Flour Company to use the company’s non-GMO flour in all of its pizza dough.

“As we got to know King Arthur Flour, we were struck by how much we share in common, including our commitment to putting our people first and our shared passion for producing an inspired product,” said Scott Svenson, co-founder and CEO of MOD Pizza, in a news release. “At MOD, we believe in transparency, and when it comes to our food we are committed to sourcing the very best ingredients while keeping the MOD experience affordable for families. It is important that our guests feel good about what they are eating, and we are always motivated by the fact that our kids eat here too!”

King Arthur flours are not bleached nor bromated, and have no unnecessary chemicals such as benzoyl peroxide, chlorine dioxide or potassium bromate, MOD Pizza said in the release. “These strict standards create a consistent baking performance every time, making their flour the perfect choice as the foundation of MOD’s pizza dough.”
