The book features quick and easy instructions for over 75 recipes influenced by regional American cooking, Italian ingredients and flavours, and dishes from around the globe. It also includes full-colour photographs, step-by-step techniques and party menus.
Recipes include jerk-smoked pork pizza with plum chutney and mango, and a grilled eggplant piandina with tomato vinaigrette, as well as desserts like S’mores and a grilled banana split. The book also features salads that put twists on old favourites, such as the Grapefruit Caesar.
