The Good Cup has no plastic lid, is made of 100 per cent paper with a bio-based coating, and is fully recyclable, repulpable and compostable.
Designed to shift dependency on single-use cups and plastic lids, its features include an integrated lid that folds and locks into place, a secure, locking lid that prevents spills and a curved shape that aligns with mouth contour.

According to the designer, The Good Cup has the potential to decrease the plastic-lid carbon footprint by 40 per cent factoring less room when transporting (flat product), fewer plastic lids to recycle and fewer toxins in our environment.
The cup can also be private-labelled for companies, restaurants and large chains.
The Good Cup was designed by Cyril Drouet, who has designed for clients such as P&G, Unilever, Nestlé, and L’Oréal. It was named a 2023 German Design Award winner.
It is available in Europe, Australia, Japan and will be available in North America this fall.
