equipment into its existing portfolio with its Holding Cabinet.

ghu_open_doorokGiles Foodservice Equipment is excited to announce the introduction of a new line of foodservice equipment into its existing portfolio with its Holding Cabinet. The Giles Holding Cabinet (GHC) is designed to keep cooked foods hot, moist, and flavorful until peak demand occurs for your foodservice operation. Units may be purchased as standalone unit or in “Double-Stacked” configuration.
 
The GHC is user friendly with an easy to open door latch, casters for mobility, easy to operate moisture control, and a basic temperature controller. Interior components can be disassembled in seconds for easy cleaning, a plus in a Holding Cabinet. Also, each GHC can accommodate up to 5 full size sheet pans (18” x26”) [457mm x 660 mm] or 5 Gastronome Pans (18”x24”) [457mm x 610mm].
 
Design features on the GHC include:

Controls that are easy to operate.

Indicator lights that verify the unit is operating and that the heating elements are energized.

An easy to use slide lever for humidity control.

A stainless steel door construction, insulated with 1" thick ceramic insulation.

A single door offers which full access to products

A wide variety of configurations with single and two door units either single or double-stacked.

 
Along with these new Holding Cabinets, Giles Foodservice carries a full line of fryers for customers to choose from, with and without the ventless hood option.  Giles also produces deli equipment, rotisseries and food warmers to cover most operators’ foodservice needs.
