December 17, 2010, Red Bank, NJ – Cono Italiano’s Pizza Cono will soon debut at a TD Bank Baseball Stadium in New Jersey.
Centerplate Inc. will sell the cone-shaped pizzas at concession stands in the stadium. A variety of pizza cones will be on offer, including traditional Pizza Cones, pepperoni, and sausage.
“Both kids and adults love the idea of eating pizza from a cone. What better place to enjoy one than at a baseball game,” says Mitchell Brown, CEO of Cono Italiano. Brown says the company “looks forward to continuing its relationship with Centerplate and other food providers whose focus is to provide food concession stands in stadiums and arenas throughout the U.S. and Canada.”
Centerplate provides catering and concession services at minor league, college, and professional sports facilities, as well as convention centres, airports, parks, performing arts centers and ski resorts.
