Cory Medd is owner of Two Guys And A Pizza Place in Lethbridge, Alta., and the Two Guys pizza trailer, which operates during the warmer months. Cory is also a two-time Canadian Pizza magazine Chef of the Year.
Diana Cline is a partner with Diana’s Cucina & Lounge in Winnipeg, a two-time Canadian Pizza Chef of the Year, a three-time winner of “Canada’s Best Pizza Chef” at international pizza competitions and a consultant to other pizzeria owner/operators.
Giorgio Taverniti owns Frank’s Pizza House in Toronto, which has been in his family since 1990. Giorgio helped found a popular pizza-making workshop at George Brown College’s culinary management and Italian culinary programs and ran it for three years.
