Canadian chefs top placers at Pizza & Pasta Northeast in Atlantic City

Atlantic City, N.J. – Pizza Today announced winners of its annual Pizza & Pasta Northeast competitions and three Canadians were among the top finishers.

Fiodar Huminski of Quebec’s No. 900 Pizzeria Napolitaine won first place in the Neapolitan category, while Mirko D’Agata took second. Thomas Schneider of Tommy’s Pizzeria in Winnipeg placed second in the America’s Best Cheese Slice behind Daniel Saccone of Saccone’s Pizza & Subs in Round Rock, Texas.
