Two robbers fired a shot during a takeover-style robbery at a pizza delivery restaurant Saturday, officials said.
The crime occurred about 9:15 p.m. at Papa John's, 1312 S. Baldwin Avenue, Arcadia police Lt. Larry Goodman said.
The robbers ordered the employees into a rear bathroom as they stole the cash from the register and cash box, Goodman said.
During
the robbery, one of the suspects pulled a small, silver handgun

said.
Police believe the gun may not have been real, he added.
The robbers fled with about $2,000, Goodman said.
The
robbers were both described as Latino men in their 20s, standing about
6 feet tall, the lieutenant said. They wore dark pants and wore
bandanas over their faces.
One robber wore a white hooded sweat shirt with a "G-Unit"
logo on it, and the other wore a black hooded sweat shirt, Goodman
said.
