Vancouver – Via Tevere Pizzeria Napoletana will opens its second restaurant location at 3240 Main Street in Vancouver, taking over the space previously occupied by sister business Grano Pizzeria.

Via Tevere first opened its doors on Victoria Drive in 2012. Founders Dom and Frank Morra expanded in 2021 with the opening of Grano Pizzeria, which specialized in vegetarian and vegan tomato- and garlic-based pizzas dressed with cashew mozzarella cheese, local produce and plant-based ingredients.

Grano Pizzeria closed for dine-in service in March 2024, pivoting to a take-out and delivery only model. The Grano menu will continue to be available online for pickup or delivery via UberEats, and will also be included on the new dine-in menu at Via Tevere Main Street.

With former Grano general manager Katie Mantei at the helm, Via Tevere Main Street will feature 32 indoor seats in addition to two outdoor spaces: a 12-seat side patio and another 12-seat curbside patio. Slated to open in late May 2024, the restaurant will be open from Tuesday to Sunday from 4 p.m. until late.

“With this new Via Tevere location on Main Street, we hope to offer the best of both these beloved pizza brands,” said Dom Morra in a news release.

Earlier this year, the Morra brothers also led the relaunch of Don’t Argue Pizza as a counter-service slice shop inside Caffè Soccavo on Commercial Drive.
