“I first experienced Panago while travelling in Western
Canada. The pizza was exceptional, and their unique brand really caught my
attention,” states Sivitilli, who has 10 years of experience in the pizza
industry. “After doing some additional research, it was evident to me that
Panago would be very successful in Atlantic Canada.”

Panago’s initial opening in Atlantic Canada marks the start
of future growth in this region and is coupled with ongoing store expansions in
Ontario. New locations in Toronto and Mississauga are scheduled to open in
September 2009.

“Atlantic Canada is an important part of our national
expansion strategy and we see a real opportunity in the Fredericton market,”
says Panago’s CEO Sean DeGregorio. “We look forward to building on the
same simple concept that Panago is so well known for across the country – a
remarkable customer experience partnered with successful and supported franchisees.”

With roots in British Columbia and over 170 delivery
and take out locations across Canada, Panago’s 2008 system wide sales exceeded
$140 million.
