Kingston, Ont. – Score Pizza, based in Kingston, Ont., has launched a franchise program for its build-your-own pizzeria concept across Canada.

Score Pizza is a fast-casual, build-your-own meal restaurant concept, that specializes in thin-crust pizza using high-quality ingredients. With health and allergy-sensitive options, customers can choose from a wide range of toppings and local craft beer and wine.

“Following the tremendous success of our Kingston and Ottawa restaurants, expanding our business model through franchising was a natural step for us and we are happy to say that we have already generated amazing interest from across the country,” said founder and director Joel Braunstein said in a news release from InnoFran, a franchise development consulting firm that is assisting the pizza concept with its franchise growth.

“From the first time we visited their restaurant, we knew that they had have developed excellent business and franchise systems, built on their years of restaurant industry experience,” InnoFran said in the release. “Their plans are for controlled growth across the country, anchoring near high university and college student populations. Their business model has long-term development potential and sits right in the fastest growing restaurant segment right now.”
