SIR Royalty currently has 36 restaurants in its royalty pool including Jack Astor’s, Canyon Creek Chop House, Alice Fazooli’s and Signature Restaurants.

Its Canyon Creek banner has been the focus of its 2006 expansion plan, with two new Ontario locations opened so far this year and a third planned for the Fallsview Casino Resort in Niagara Falls.

“This restaurant will be located in a premium site within the casino resort – its wrap-around window providing a spectacular view of the Canadian and American falls,” Fowler added.
