Cupido hot plates for pizza help hold heat

The Cupido hot plate is an innovative thermal plate for foods, is designed to maintain a pizza’s heat and flavour for 30 minutes.

The white plate is made of high-quality porcelain and composed of three elements: the base, the slab and the cover.

The thermal properties of porcelain allow the slab to absorb heat quickly and release it slowly, providing the pizza with continuous heat, the company said in a press release.

The edge of the base is separated from the hot slab to help users grip the plate without burning their hands.

The plate measures 35 cm in diameter, 5.5 cm thick and weighs 3 kg. It is food-contact safe, dishwasher safe and thermal shock/oven safe, according to Cupido.
