Foodtastic acquires Pita Pit restaurants

Montreal – Foodtastic Inc. has acquired Pita Pit Canada and Pita Pit International, which operates 225 restaurants in Canada and an additional 135 worldwide.

Foodtastic expects to open 50 new locations expected to open in the next three years.

Foodtastic is the franchisor of multiple restaurant concepts, including Second Cup, Au Coq, Carlos & Pepe’s, Souvlaki Bar, Nickels, Rotisseries Benny and Bacaro. The company recently purchased Milestones.
