What’s Hot in 2016 Culinary Forecast: NRA

Washington – Locally grown produce, natural ingredients and chef-driven fast-casual concepts are among trends pinpointed by the National Restaurant Association in its latest forecast.

The NRA’s annual culinary forecast predicts food and menu trends for the year ahead.

The NRA surveyed professional chefs – members of the American Culinary Federation – on hot food and drink trends on restaurant menus in 2016.
