Welcome to your show… bring your camera!

The Canadian Pizza Show is for the hard-working pizza industry. We’ve made it easier than ever to enjoy a day of pizza appreciation and business networking.

The competitions will be centre stage again, and we have a couple of fun new events for you. (See page 25!) We want to extend a very special thank-you to our generous and active sponsors, exhibitors, speakers and judges for your participation, your enthusiasm and, above all, your support. You help make this show an event like no other with value for all attendees.

We thank you, our pizzerias, for giving up a day out of your busiest month. This show is for you, but we couldn’t put it on without you! Talk to the folks in the booths – they are here to help you work smarter and make more money. Take advantage of top-notch menu tips from Jeff Dover and Diana Cline. Enter the competitions: they are intense, adrenalin-driven and, incidentally, a lot of fun!

We have a special request for those of you not competing: please bring your cameras, snap away, share photos of your favourite moments and pizzas on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, and tag them #CdnPizzaShow so we can help share them with your pizza community where they will be seen by fellow pizzerias and also your customers. We think there is something here for the whole team to benefit from and it’s something special that you won’t find anywhere else – an atmosphere of learning and sharing within the Canadian market.
