Visa/Mastercard debit card debate going to Ottawa

November 5, 2009, Toronto – The Retail Council of Canada says that processing fees for Visa's new debit cards could cost merchants an extra $300 million if Visa captures just 20 per cent of the debit card market next year, reports The Toronto Star.
