Vegan, dairy-free Pepperjack Style Shreds from Daiya

February 24, 2011, Vancouver – This spring, Daiya Foods will introduce Pepperjack Style Shreds, a follow up to the company’s popular dairy-free, vegan Cheddar and Mozzarella Style Shreds.
The new Pepperjack Style Shreds offer a smooth flavour, spicy kick, and all the same stretch and melt of traditional cheeses. Like all Daiya products, the Pepperjack Style Shreds are free of many common food allergens, including dairy, gluten, soy, egg, wheat, barley, whey, peanuts, and tree nuts (excluding coconut).
Daiya products are also free from animal products, cholesterol, trans fats, and preservatives.
The first opportunity to taste test the Pepperjack Style Shreds will be at the Daiya Foods’ booth (#4570) at the Natural Products Expo West in Anaheim, Calif., March 11-13.
