Michele Casale is our 2019 Chef of the Year (Open) and owner of Redipizza Inc. in Lasalle, Que., a borough of Montreal. Since 2016 Redipizza has delighted pizza lovers with Casale’s special brand of roman al taglio pizza, also known as pizza by the slice or by weight.
