Diana Cline is an award-winning pizza chef and partner with Diana’s Cucina & Lounge in Winnipeg. Diana is a two-time Canadian Pizza magazine chef of the year champion, three-time winner of “Canada’s Best Pizza Chef” at international pizza competitions and a judge for international pizza culinary competitions in Las Vegas, Italy and France, and for our Chef of the Year competition. She is a consultant to other pizzeria owner/operators in menu development, creating operational systems and marketing to help operators grow their business strategically.

Michelle Brisebois is a marketing strategist specializing in e-commerce and digital content strategy and retail/in-store activation. Michelle’s experience includes leading the marketing strategy for Rich Products’ pizza category, General Manager of Trius Winery and Restaurant and she is currently an Adjunct Professor at the Canadian Food and Wine Institute at Niagara College.
