April 5, 2014 – Wunder-Bar Dispensing Systems says it can save stores “half a person” in labour with its Rotary Pizza Sauce
Dispenser.
The machine, which resembles a record player turntable, comes in two
different models: the Ready-to-Use dispenses pre-mixed sauces and the
Ready-to-Mix blends a pizza concentrate with the exact amount of water
required. According to the company, the turntable-needle design allows for more
even and consistent saucing. It recently received CE approval and is available
in Canada through Middleby.
According to Wunder-Bar, the linear arm
dispenses an even and consistent amount across the dough each and every time.
It can handle up to five dough types and five sizes, from six- to 18-inch pizzas, each programmed with its
own specifications. The system draws the already mixed sauce from five-gallon
bucket located under the dispenser. Clean-in-place sanitizing procedures help make
this system easy to maintain.
