Terroir Symposium set for Calgary in September

Calgary – Terroir Symposium is coming to Calgary on Sept. 18-21. The event brings together chefs, drink experts, service staff, suppliers, restaurateurs, writers, educators and business leaders to share their stories and interest in sustainability.

The event started in Toronto and is now launching a western version in partnership with Calgary’s Food Tourism Strategies and Culinary Marketing Strategies.

Organizers are offering a $50 early-bird discount on tickets to servers or line cooks or anyone on your team that might like to attend.
