Tamper-evident bag targets delivery concerns

More and more restaurants are looking to increase sales using outside delivery services, but with that opportunity may come concerns about tampering, food safety and maintaining product quality.

Pan Pacific has addressed these concerns through its Seal2Go tamper-evident delivery system. The large plastic bag has a permanent closure adhesive strip with a perforated line for opening and built-in vent passages to allow steam to escape.

Until the perforated line is torn off, customers will know the bag has not been opened since leaving the point of preparation.

Its wide opening allows for easy loading of pizza boxes and other food items.
