Super Peel helps with delicate dough transfer

The Super Peel, from Exo Products, is designed to dramatically improve sliding function and reduce care.

The peel’s easy-to-use conveyor belt design provides non-stick pick-up and transfer for baking activities. Make your pizza, pick it up, and set it gently on your stone or steel oven rack. Its design involves no sliding, which is where it can all go wrong, the Exo Products website says.

It is made of solid white ash protected with a food-safe polymer (Behlen Salad Bowl Finish).

The product is designed to eliminate the hassles of picking up and transferring just about any tricky, sticky or delicate dough. No more sliding, shoving and hoping, with tons of flour or cornmeal, Exo Products says.
