Strategic alliance formed

Toronto-based C.K. Foods Inc. and Minnesota-based
Poly-Cell Technologies recently announced the formation of a strategic
alliance in Canada.

Toronto-based C.K. Foods Inc. and Minnesota-based Poly-Cell Technologies recently announced the formation of a strategic alliance in Canada.

Under the terms of an exclusive distribution agreement, C.K. Foods Inc. will market, sell, warehouse and distribute Poly-Cell’s proprietary Barley Balance and Glucagel to food, beverage and dietary supplement markets in Ontario and Quebec, and on a case-by-case basis, other Canadian Provinces.
