Smooth Commerce is a platform for the restaurant industry that combines digital ordering and payment, delivery, loyalty programs and marketing campaigns at a fraction of the cost of traditional custom design.

Smooth Commerce was designed with the pizza market in mind. Branded web and mobile apps built on the platform make it easy for customers to order and pay whether online or on their phones, with customizable special requests and schedule pickup or delivery with automated order pacing that supports smooth kitchen operations. Loyalty rewards can be automatically added to customer accounts.

The platform aims to take the hit-or-miss element of marketing by providing targeted digital campaigns, including offers and push notifications, that highlight exactly what new and returning customers want. Whether a loyalty or win-back campaign, if a customer likes veggie or gluten-free, or perhaps a bottle of wine, analytics of historical purchasing information and other data stored by the platform make it easy to craft compelling promotions at the best intervals to encourage ordering.
