SIR Corp. grows Scaddabush restaurant brand

Burlington, ON – SIR Corp. is expressing high hopes for the Scaddabush Italian Kitchen & Bar brand, having opened three locations in 2017.

SIR Corp.’s Royalty Income Fund pool now consists of 57 restaurants, including 40 Jack Astor’s restaurants. The company closed three restaurants in 2017.

The fund earns distribution income from the combined locations.
