April 14, 2010, Verona, Italy – Dedicated to bakery, pastry, pasta and Pizza, the Siab International Techno Bake Exhibition is making stops throughout eastern Europe before taking part in VeronaFiere in Italy.
The tour is stopping in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Rumania and Austria before arriving in Verona, Italy for VeronaFiere between May 22 and 26.
The object of VeronaFiere is to create a bridge between the technologies for the pastry, pasta and pizza made in Italy with the countries participating in the exhibition. Italy leads the world in production and consumption of pasta (3.2 million tonnes produced every year and consumption of more than 26 kg per capita). Participants in VeronaFiere can learn about Italian production, particularly their different types of machinery and technologies.
