School of Italian Pizza adds New York style class

Toronto – The School of Italian Pizza in Toronto will present a New York Style two-day pizza-making class on Feb. 14 and 15.

Master pizzaiolo Luis Perez will teach the secrets of this pizza style, from how to make the dough to his signature toppings.

The class is suitable for all levels of pizza-making skills.
