Inside the Pizza Pavilion, sponsored by Saputo Dairy
Products, several pizza-related interactive demos and competitions will take
place on Monday, March 2, at 2 p.m. Acrobatic pizza tossers, box folders and
dough stretchers will compete in the “Pizza Games” showdown for a chance to
represent Canada in the World Pizza Games at Pizza Expo in Las Vegas March
23-26, 2015, says the show's website.
In other show highlights, actor and entrepreneur Dan Aykroyd
will share insights into the beverage industry at an exclusive breakfast event
and cocktail mixology demonstration, and chefs Anna Olson, Lynn Crawford and
Jason Rosso will perform demonstrations.
The Restaurants Canada Show takes place March 1 to 3, at the
Direct Energy Centre
