RC Show to explore cannabis, waste-based cooking

Toronto – Restaurant’s Canada’s latest trade show and food event will highlight such topics as cannabis, vegan and plant-based menus, and waste-based cooking.

Set for Feb. 24-29, 2019, the show, hosted by Restaurants Canada, will delve into a range of topics impacting the restaurant and foodservice industries, the association said in a news release.
 
These include cannabis, vegan and plant-based menus, sustainable practices, energy savings, waste-based cooking, plastics, sustainable seafood, and buying Canadian and what it means for your bottom line.
