The Queen of England awarded Rational a Royal Warrant of Appointment, a rare recognition highly regarded as a mark of quality and excellence.
Royal Warrants are granted to citizens and companies that have provided the Royal Family with exceptional goods or services for at least five years. The majority of the current 800 Royal Warrant grantees are British citizens and companies.
The Rational SelfCooking Center is used around the world in diverse applications including restaurants, hotels, resorts and clubs, institutions, personal residences and even properties of British royalty. It simplifies the preparation of meals, whether the meal is for two people or 2,000. The system detects the type and the amount of food to be cooked and then automatically calculates cooking time and temperature accordingly. It is currently used in various royal establishments including Buckingham Palace, Clarence House and Windsor Castle.
“A Royal Warrant is one of the most prestigious awards a company can hold. It is not only an honor within the United Kingdom – it reflects well on our company worldwide,” said Volker Vomend, international marketing manager for the company.
