Quebec’s Le Baluchon named cheese of year

April 16, 2014, Toronto – Le Baluchon, a cheese from Quebec, has
been named cheese of the year at the inaugural Canadian Cheese Awards.
The cheese, from Fromagerie FX Pichet in Sainte-Anne-de-la-Perade,
Que., won in a competition that featured 76 Canadian producers
